The Grinberg Method®
About this Modality
The Grinberg Method® it is a collaborative learning process through the body that frees your energy and attention in order to create change. One-on-one sessions teach you how to identify your reactions and bring them fully into your awareness. By developing control of your attention, you can then choose to stop and allow something new. The Grinberg Method® is not a form of treatment. You will not be instructed on replacements or "correct" ways of being. Instead you will discover for yourself, when your history stops, who you actually are. Through touch, breathing, description, exercises and raising the levels of energy and attention in your body, you learn how to stop recurring habits that create suffering, restrict your freedom, interfere with healing, and stand between you and your goals.
