March is Clean Living month at Tribe, a time for picking up the pieces of any failed New Year Resolutions, dusting ourselves off and starting out again with a more manageable approach.
Many of us set unrealistic goals for ourselves at the start of a new year, then beat ourselves up when we fail to meet those self-imposed expectations. By implementing one small change that stretches you just a little bit, and turning it into a daily habit, you’ll feel more capable of adding the next habit and getting it to stick. Build up these tiny habits over time and they are much more likely to become long-term lifestyle changes that will have a positive impact on your health.
